The Hardrock Kid (1905-1977), John Mislen was a five-time Hobo King. I met Hardrock at the 1972 National Hobo Convention in Britt, Iowa, and invited him to stay with me for a few days. For someone just over 5 feet, he could spin up some (very) tall tales!
